This 1926 Lake Eola Heights Historic bungalow is masterfully designed by the owner.
Highlighting a basement conversion to the most tastefully done wine room. Replete with heart of pine 1885
columns with sconce lights of the period. Plaster walls and ceiling and epoxy floor, all with a perfect selection of
Venetian faux by Maria. Being a world traveler in her professional and social life provided our team
with the best client. She knew what she wanted
and we delivered.
The staircases are a work of art with
Maria placing her glass crystal spheres on the newel posts of the main stair. Stepping down the winecellar staircase you cast a look on the original brick fireplace which served as a stove and a heater.
The kitchen is another showcase with detailing included as mosaic painted tile over the gas range and centered on the magnificent buffet. We also feature
a Shaw ''Farmers sink" period crown moulding and a range hood with corbels at each side of the mosaic. The potfiller is amazing as well as the stone tops, another Maria marvel.
We restored the heart pine floors on the second floor and installed a new stained ''acacia''. The master bath features a true restored ''clawfoot tub'' and a beautiful stone shower encased by glass.
